How do I purchase assessments?

First, you must create an account, then you will be able to purchase assessments in the Account tab under "Add Credits.

What payment types do you accept?

You may pay via debit/credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Do you offer free demos?

Yes! Clinicians can gain access to a shared demo account to evaluate a full version of the products. As access is shared, real data cannot be used. Contact us to gain access to the demo account.

Can I pay via invoice instead of with a card online?

Absolutely, contact us about your specific needs. We can reference purchase orders in these invoices as well.  Please note that we charge a $50 fee for manual invoices less than $500.

Do you offer refunds?

We are able to offer 50% refunds on unused assessments.
